Monoclonal Antibodies for COVID-19

Target Audience: Physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals across the state of NE. 
Purpose: To provide information and guidelines about the use of monoclonal antibodies for COVID-19 

Objectives: 

1. Review clinical trial and peer reviewed data supporting the use of monoclonal antibody therapies for COVID-19. 

2. Recognize the impact the omicron variant has on existing monoclonal antibody therapies for treatment of COVID-19. 

3. Review clinical trial data for the use of pre-exposure prophylaxis with Tixagevimab-Cilgavimab for immunocompromised patients and discuss prioritization principles for this therapy.
