Objectives:

  1. Review the Impact of COVID-19 infection on pediatric patients

  2. Review the clinical trial data regarding the efficacy and safety of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in pediatric patients ages 5-11 and adolescents.

  3. Recognize that myocarditis post COVID-19 vaccination is very rare and less frequent and less severe than myocarditis associated with COVID-19 infection.
